Experience I began my career as a Financial Advisor with Waddell & Reed, Inc. in 1983. I spent 10 years as a Managing Principal in the Lewiston and Boise, Idaho offices. The majority of time with Waddell & Reed has been spent in the role of Financial Advisor. My passion is working with people, business owners and families.
Personal My background begins in a small Northern Montana town helping run a small family-owned business. These early years taught me the value of individual effort, loyalty to clients, commitment and hard work. I relish the freedom of business ownership and the ability to help others build their own future. My engineering background has been applied to my approach in Financial Planning via a mix of technical, analytical and methodical processes. My wife, MaryKim, and I have been married 33 years and have two grown children and 6 grandchildren. Family time is one of the most important things to us. I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking, riding four wheelers, scouting animals in the mountains, and camping. The most important thing for me to pass to my kids and grandkids is the knowledge, ability and self-confidence to become successful, productive adults.
